Redd's paintings are fake and I have tried to buy them.

Pascal is a beaver, he comes at very random times and he gives you furniture then leaves.

1. Feng Shui is an organization of furniture, if organized correctly, luckier things happen to your character (I.E., find Pascal or some sort of random and rare event), furniture with a yellow coloring that is apparant goes in the left part of the room and left corner, green furniture goes in the bottom of the room and bottom left and right corners, red furniture goes into the right side of the room and the right bottom corner. 2. Pascal is an otter that washes up on shore every so often, but when he does is completly random between 6:00 AM through 12:00 AM, he'll be around til midnight should he wash up on shore, so be around the shoreline every once in a while to see if he's there. 3. You cannot, very sorry. 4. You take the painting to Blathers in The Museum, if the painting is real (when you attempt to donate) he'll tell you what kind of painting, and take it from you (if it's not already in the museum), if it's fake, he'll say so and return it to you.

Well as for Redd.

You can't really.. I got 2 which weren't but the 3 others I got were all counterfeit!

Someone told me it's when he winks or gives you a sly smile that it's counterfeit.. But I dunno if that's true!
