Action Replay caused Wifi connection failure

Action Replay caused Wifi connection failure

I used a code a while back that messed up my game from seeding Gulliver's ship. I then did a new game, so my game was cheat free. However, then my Animal Crossing game was not Wifi compatible, while my DS and all other games were Wifi compatible. I need help; are there ways to fix this?

Well the game is compatible, no matter what you do to it, but you have to have an access point to connect to. Plus, to go to a friend's town you must also have that friend's friend code, and that friend must also have yours {(yes, you must have created your own friend code by talking to the guy at the town gate (named Copper)}. If you do not, then you will be unable to go to a friend's town, or for that friend to come to your town. One way to connect to an access point is to go to a local McDonald's, where there is free Wi-Fi. There is also an alternative to connecting to an access point: Using a Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connecter. You can buy one at any local GameStop, or possibly at a local Best-Buy, Wal-Mart, Target, or any other retailers that would sell it. One other thing: you said the code messed up your Nintendo Wi-Fi compatibility. Well, that is physically impossible to do with an action replay, because the Nintendo Wi-Fi is a completely separate program from the actual game. You just can't blame it on the action replay. I think what you should do is attempt to use the Nintendo Wi-Fi for Animal Crossing in the exact place, properties set, or another aspect that you used when you were using the Wi-Fi program with your other games when it was working correctly. If none of this works, and all else fails, I would highly suggest calling Nintendo at 1-800-255-3700, going to their website at (http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/wfc/en_na/ds/index.jsp) Do Not Include Parenthesis in Web Address. Or e-mailing them at [email protected]

All my other games work completely fine except Wild World. I know how to connect to Wi-Fi; I've been doing it for about 6 years now on my DS. But thanks anyway. Animal Crossing and about two other games are the only ones that don't work for me, while the rest work completely fine.
