if you talk to the same person 5 times everyday then they will give you their picture you cant tell when but it depends on the character!Jackieboy answered:

Be friends with them and talk to them every day. ^_^ Eventually they'll like you enough to give you their Pic!

You have to befriend them. So talk to them and wave (tap on them from afar). And send them a crappy gift (pitfall seed, fruit, ect.) in the mail. They'll give one back to you, send the smae gift back, and they'll send you a new one. Repeat. This way they'll be happy and you don't have to pay for anything. And you become close friends. Other way is to do whatever they ask. And don't open any gifts or mail.

You need to be thier friend, by sending them presents every day, talking to them and sending them mail each day.

All those answers will work but can take upto a week to work. But it is worth it because you get extra H.R.A points.

well, i have 4 pictures so far, and you have to be friendly to the person, and write them letters, having presents sometimes, but don;t write too many letters because they will get mad and send you a mean letter
and most of the times you see that person in the town say hi to them and talk to them!

Be nice to them do whatever they say go to their partys and send gifts and say hi also get 2 no them so when they ask you questions about them you no the right anser. Hope it helped good luck

Make them your friend and talk to them 5 times every day, I really loved Tangy but he left but now I have Purrl! And I have her pic, I have played everyday for the past week and talked to her a LOT!
