Hey I want to know how to make your town better like roads grass and all that stuff and if I have to buy it where

You keep the weeds all out, plant flowers and trees in good locations. Keep the animals happy, visit with each one everyday. Do chores for the animals like taking stuff to another animal. Get the stuff out of the ground thats planted there like items. No pit falls, dig them up too. Water the trees and the flowers each day. The trees and flowers buy them at nook's store. Or you might be able to trade for some fruit, the bury the fruit for another tree.

If it's roads you're looking for, you should keep an eye out for Wendell. Although your town can never get real roads, his patterns come pretty close.
Fruits, turnips, and acorns will get you Down Stairs or ? Box.
Ocean fish will reel in either Stop sign, Town Hall This Way sign, the Fossil Dummy (star-shaped dirt), or the Storm Drain.
And if you want Vertical Road, Crosswalk, Footprints, or puddle, then give Wendell Freshwater fish.
