This one is very hard.
Alrite you need the right amount of tree,plants and no weeds! Check once a day at The Post Office to see what needs to be done (it goes in this order I think weeds,trees,plants)

This is a very good question. I remember doing this.
I planted lots of trees in all bare patches.
I watered all flowers in town 3 times a day.
Pick all weeds in town as much as possible.
Trust me it was a pain keeping this up for 16 ays but it was worth it in the end I have 6 Gold Roses now XD
