Being Lv.100, Shiny, First Class, Being Caught in a Masterball, Having Maxed LEGAL Ivs (31 each), Maxed LEGAL Evs (255 each), Maxed LEGAL Contest Stats (255 each), Maxed LEGAL kyogre Stats, Holding a Water stone, and Having the Following:

Nature: Relaxed

Moves:

Water Spout: PP 5/5

Aqua Tail: PP 10/10

Dive: PP 10/10

Ice Beam: PP 10/10
