Lv. 100 xatu, ability no gaurd, maxed legal stats, moves: sheer cold,
Some other ones I forgot, probably including earthquake. Anyway, they're good. Best strategy is to use sheer cold, because of no guard, it dosen't miss, and it's a 1 hit KO move.
I haven't tested it yet, but it should work, and it's pokesav generated.
