Go to "Move Pokemon" in your box.
Before clicking on a Pokemon to move, press Start+Select together.
Pick up the Pokemon you want to clone.
Switch boxes whilist holding the Pokemon. Then switch back to it's original box.
You'll see an exact copy of the Pokemon you're holding.
