Go to mount cornet from oreburg city you need rock climb keep goin to spear pillar fight dialga catch/kill get out of spearpillar you need someone that knows fly.Fly to vielstone go down and the mans not there anymore.thats my way and really works try it sometime but not if you're grounded.
