How to get a Zorua without Celebi

I looked at a lot of comments that say, "it doesn't work" well, I thought the same, just walk out of the building where Zorua is after pressing SELECT and START to activate the code, then walk back in and then Zorua will appear. If this doesn't work, then try it again because it worked for me. By the way, there is no celebi included, and use this on the 3ds.
