The first thing you want to do is go up to the very top and get the health and the missle ammo. Now you go down to the straircase. You should see a area that is cut out of one side of the straircas. GO to the one end that has some missile ammo on it, but on the other side so that you can walk into a corner. Once you get thdre you need to face the corner. Now go into alt. Form and lay a bomb. When the bomb goes off, rapidly use the alt. Form boost. The best way to do this is to use the touch screen. You may also go into the thing next to the straircase. This doesn't always work. Keep trying if you don't get it with in your first few tries.
