Where do I get the gun that can open the red doors?

Question for Metroid Prime: Hunters

Where do I get the gun that can open the red doors? On the ice planet there is a maze, I found a hole, but I couldn't get over the ice. Is there a different way to get above the ice, it is impossible!? Further down there is a red door, is there anything good in there? If there is don't tell me.

To open red doors you need the imperialist

You need the Imperalist to get in there. This is obtainable by beating the Arctic Spawn.

The gun to unlock red doors is the Imperialist gun to unlock it is by going to the Planet Arcterra.(The second time going there and must have the magmaul.)

Beat the boss, once you have defeated the boss and got the ocolith head straight to your ship.On the way you have to beat Trace there (he can cloak) once you beat him continue to go to your ship.Once you have launched go back to the planet Head straight to Sic Transit and there should be a door with the magmaul force field and shot at that go through and there will be a ice spawn (monster) kill him then you be able to unlock the red doors because you have the imperialist.I hope I helped.
