First make sure it's Saturday, 8:00-12:00 then head to the Roost (the coffe shop under the museum) K.K. Slider aka Totekeke (from GCN version) will be sitting by the piano. Speak with him to listen to his music. After words he'll give you the song he played. Start 4 characters. Go to K.K. With all of them. Delete those characters. Start 4 new ones, or 3 if you keep your character. Repeat as desired.
