The first time your player gets out on the court is in the Rookie Showcase game. This is a match specifically commissioned for new players to show off their stuff to the General Managers of the league. You don't have to earn your place in the starting line-up at this stage, everyone gets a go. You should obviously try to perform as strongly as possible to attract a good team and a good deal for your player.

to get picked #1: at least 30 points, 10 assists, 8-10 rebounds. I suggest doing this with an athletic point guard. After the showcase, upgrade all the shooting attributes, and you are good to go. hope this helped
Also, be an athletic pg bc then you are fast, you can dunk, and your a master pickpocket

Get lots of rebounds assists points and steals..if at all possible also get 0-2 turnovers at most and lots of blocks
