How do you Construct the Best Squad?

You need to aim for a balance when constructing your squad by combining low-cost and high cost units. You will not be able to make a winning squad out of just cheap units or high-priced ones. As each wave of grunts carries a total of twelve gold you need to aim for at least two unit launch per wave while keeping a couple of gold pieces for the next wave, or for defensive purposes. Ideally you should have more cheap units than expensive ones just in case your opponent decides to attack using lots of units on both lanes.

If you try and put together a squad that just has helicopters and tanks you will have powerful units but but very few of them. It is important that you have cheap units as well so that it balances things out and they can be used as cannon fodder. Early in the game just focus on upgrading your favourite units as it is important that you have a strong core pack before experimenting with other units.
