How to Win Battles Easily

You will likely encounter problems in nearly all the battles you have but there are a few things you can do that will definately help you.

Something you can do that not a lot of players are aware of is swapping cards at no extra cost. To do this you just have to tap any of the cards in your hand and swap them for another random card. This can be done with all the cards in your deck so contemplate doing it whenever you want an alternate option or hoping to get a particular card. The downside to swapping cards though is your opponent will be able to see the cards you have swapped and will be able to adjust their strategy accordingly.

Take your time and strategise your card placement in such a way that it will give you the lines needed to attack your opponents leader. The easiest way to do this is to look for horizontal and diagonal lines as they only need 3 cards. If you place your cards in Marvel Battle Lines as if you were playing tic-tac-toe (sometimes referred to as noughts and crosses) you will give yourself multiple options to inflict massive damage to your opponent. This means for example playing one card to the right lane, one card to the left lane and finally one card to the middle, but one tile below.

In most cases you are only able to do one action per turn. This means you can either play a card or move one character on the board. The exception to his rule are the Action cards which allow you to perform an action after playing them. Make sure you take advantage of this extra move at an opportune moment to inflict massive damage on your opponent.

It is important that you don't allow your opponent to have a superior numbers of cards on the board as the player who has more will easily win each battle. This means you need to strategise your moves in a way that takes out your opponents cards without removing your own.
