Question for The Sims 3

I downloaded sims 3 town life and then sims 3 pets. When I go to play it tells me to put in sims 3 pets. When I start to play the game I have the pets stuff but I don't have anything from the townlife stuff. What do I do to get the town life stuff?

Well first you need to be 100% sure that you have downloaded town life correctly. And when it says put in sims 3 pets thats because no matter how much expansion packs you have it will always ask you to use the disc of the newest expansion you have. E.g. You have ambitions supernatural and pets. Its going to ask you to use the supernatural disc because thats the newest expansion you have out of the 3.
