There is a normal way to play it were you attack cat woman, hit penguin down with your baterang and deflects the penguins he sends out back at him. However, you can also do it like a speedrunner where you lure cat woman and penguin towards the toxic waste (bottom left of the boss arena) and then they die instantly.
