Company Takeovers

Company takeovers give you the opportunity to obtain new installations, item, and secret weapon blueprints (accessories). Increase the technology in your town and accumulate money, then take the time to participate in these bidding wars.

Budget: the maximum funds for purchasing stocks. It can be increased by constructing buildings and installations in your town. Although the money/resource you have in the game reflects in the amount of budget (computed variable) you get for the auction, cash spent on stocks won’t be consumed or affect your resources while you place your bids.

Funds: the higher the funds you have, the more stocks you can buy.

Fundraising: the speed at which the budget is converted to funds. The higher budget you have, the faster this will happen.

Technology: governs the strength of your takeover skills. The total value of your technology is calculated from the installations in your town. Use your takeover skills at the right time to gain an advantage over your rival.

Take note that the best time to participate in these company takeovers is when you have lots of cash resources - as the bidding game factors in your current resources to simulate your power to purchase.

Aside from this, you can also resort to using your "Take-Over Skills", which will give you boost options on your bids whenever you are in a pinch. Take note though that using these skills will rob you of your actual cash resources in the game. Otherwise, if the take-over doesn't lean towards you succeeding, avoid spending on these skills and you may immediately drop the fight by simply clicking on the "Give-up" icon at the lower right side of the screen.
