You will need to acquire Ability Blueprints in order to upgrade Copy Abilities in Kirby and Forgotten Land. Upgrading your Copy Abilities will make the skill more powerful and can even add completely new elements to it. In order to upgrade your Copy Abilities you will need to find the Ability Blueprint for that ability and head to the Waddle Dee's Weapon Shop. From there, you will be able to upgrade the ability for some Rare Stones and coins. You can find Rare Stones from completing Treasure Roads or winning in the colosseum.
