Level 17 building costs hints and tips for The Sims FreePlay

Level 17 building costs

I haven't been able to find a list of the costs of the various building costs at each level. So I wanted to submit at least this one, hopefully someone can compile a list! These are the costs at level 17.
Unfurnished studio 40,000
Furnished townhouse 50,000
Family home 70,000
Mansion 90,000
Empty lot 20,000
The LP point ones are still the same as they were at the start.
Cost for next business is 15,000 and 10 sims are needed to build it.
Hope that helps.

It is based on how many of that you have bought
For example: if you buy a home or something like that the price will go up for all the homes same thing for businesses and workplaces

To get more XP buy onions or anything after that(at least 4)
Then change the time required for the growth.. Then for eg the selling price of the vegetable is 100 you 400 so
Onions is 3200 and more than 1000 XP

At level 8, and with a town valued at 38,952
Unfurnished studio 5,000
Furnished townhouse 10,000
Family home 20,000
Mansion 30,000
Empty lot 2,500

I have a hypothesis that it's only based on your level, and not town value. Also, certain houses are worth saving up for - for instance, I did the cost benefit analysis on buying a Mansion first, and selling everything inside (family home is NEVER worth the cost even at early levels). At a cost of only 15,000 simoleons - you can sell all the stuff inside the mansion, and then the rooms for well over 65,000 simoleons. That means that until it costs you more than 65,000 simoleons - you should always wait to buy the mansion if you don't mind playing slower. IF you want to play fast - then buy a mansion for all your sims to live in and then buy empty lots for each new resident and just have them all move in together (max is 6 I think).

Move as many sims into a house as you can and delete the houses then demolish them, I have 10 sims and 2 or 3 houses! The less housesmyounhave the cheaper they are! Hope this helped

No its based on how many houses you have built.
I have built an empty lot at $125000 and the next empty lot requires $250000 and it stays with changes in my level.

I might state the obvious, but it's cheaper to buy an empty lot and start build a small room first. You can even let your SIM sleep in another house e.g. Shared house.... saves money

Level 26 town value at 1,098,000.... Now costs are as follows, so I think it must be by level not town value...
100,000
120,000
150,000
200,00
50,000

I have an addition to my list above.... At level 24, and with a town valued at 1,048,245....
In the same order as above...
80,000
100,000
125,000
150,00
40,000

I hadn't considered the town value as relative to the building costs, but I suppose that would make sense, I'll have to keep note of that as I go too. I see conflicting ideas of when the price increases happen. Thanks for your comments, and add to the list if you have any more info!!

Yeah, I agree. I think it is based on the value of your town rather than the level. I could be wrong though...
