How to start quest lines?
I need to build my church and moes but won't let because I need to complete quest but my quest never started. How would you start passion of Flanders quests?

Before you get too frustrated you need to bear in mind that there are a number of conditions that contribute to which Quests and Tasks are available and when they are available.
Level is the first -- but just the first -- requirement that you have to meet. The Passion of the Flanders quest line is a 6-part quest that both unlocks the First Church of Springfield, Building as well as the character Reverend Lovejoy.
To flag the Passion of Flanders quest line (which is required to unlock the Church Building) you need to complete all of the Ned Flanders Quests that come BEFORE it. To be clear some of those quests can NOT be flagged and started or completed unless you have Homer Simpson's Quests and Tasks completed up to that point as well. They are co-dependent.
