Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out
I have just completed building the itchy and scratchy store on the squid port section, and the task bar says it's done, but it won't go away, I admit using two donuts to finish this build earlier than normal. What do I do when it won't go away from the task book on the side?

Im having the same problem and it hasnt opened up any other Buildings for the boardwalk

I had that same problem just put the Building in inventory and place it again. It fixed my problem

Put it in storage then take it back out. That will complete the task.

I'm not sure if the question's been an answered, but I had the same problem too. You just have to put the store in storage, then take it back out and place it. It should let you continue the Squidport activities.

Just store the Building in the inventory box and then put it right back where it was. Worked for me...

Place the store in your inventory then place it on the boardwalk section

As suggested in another question like this one, I put the itchy and scratchy store in my inventory then put the store back on the boardwalk again. It works. Then everything will unlock for the boardwalk.

Put the Building in your storage then take it out of storage and place it again. Should rebuild automatically and fix the problem worked for me :-) plz add thizzlegirl still need friends

The same thing happened to me. You have put the Building in your storage box and then take it right back out and when you place it The Story line will continue and you get the next quest

I had the same problem. Try putting it in your inventory and then placing it back out, that should fix the problem.

Put the Building in storage and the bring it back out. That removed it from the task book brought up the next task for me.

I had the same problem but I just kept it there and after 2 days when I opened my game it just said you completed the quest squid port quest 5. So I segest may be keep it there and the same thing will happen to you...
