Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out
Why can't I sign into Origin to continue my game?
There's no origin logo, an when I start up the game (on my iPod Touch), it reminds me to log in, but gives me no option to do so.

I am having the same problem, I can log in to my level 8 account but there is no logo down bottom so I can't log in to my level 12 account!! :(

I was signed out, can't log back in, says my password is wrong and Orgin says my email doesn't exist

Tapped Out signed me out and now reduced my level 110+ back to zero.

I’m a high level, and the game had an update a day ago, ever since I cant log in VIA the EA/Orgin part..Guest answered:
Go to the visit other spring fields screen, the logo will be there

It's doing this with me, but the sign to log in isn't there. It just takes me to a new Springfield all together. I can't be dealing with this as I'm Level 44!!!!

Same problem on loading the game it says loading anonymous sign in if you have an account and there's no where to sign in, it's started again on the game thought it may be there when visiting other Springfield but nothing!

Same here. And the add friend button doesn't even work. It's crazy cause I was just on then I got off to shower and when I came back "poof" gone.... :/

You have to completely close the game first if you have iPhone double click then close the app then when you open game the origin sign wi be there

If you have an iphone, turn off cellular & wifi then try to go back to the game.
Of course this won't work - it takes you to the screen "can't connect to server".
Now go back to settings & restart cellular & wifi.
Try to log in again & it will take you to the opening screen.
Bottom left is the only place you can get to origin log-in that I can find.
Log in & you're back to your own game

I can't login to my origin account (lv 32-34) and when I do it's takes me to someone else account who hasn't started

On my game you had undownload then download it again then whilst updating there's an origin sign at the bottom click it and sign in.

Since last night the login just stopped working - I tap on Origin logo, my username and it takes me to disconnect screen with a message that I'm signed into another device (when I only use my phone and no one else uses my account). I try logging out then logging back inand I am taken to the vvideo clip from the VERY start of game and then to an empty Springfield. I'm logged in and progress is all gone. I had just built Burns manor and unlocked Smithers, was almost level 30. If I don't find a way to fix this I will be so annoyed at Origin and probably won't bother starting Simpsons again as I already invested time and Money in my save only to lose it all out of the blue.
