The Wall of Flesh can be easily defeated using Molotov cocktail, which can be crafted from ale, silk and torches. It usually takes around 80 of them to defeat it. But make sure you bring as much healing potions as possible with you, then build a bridge over the lava as you don’t want to be falling in. Use ranged weapons instead of melee and hope for the best. Best do it with a friend if you don’t have the best Equipment.
