You use certain foods or seeds for each kind of animal ( you need at least 2 of the same species), click on the two Animals and hold. If you did it right, there should be hearts and a baby animal soon.

You could also just use a monster spawner or get that specific mob's fav food and make
sure they both get to eat it then they might(or not,idk)spawn a baby one. Just sayin...

Just use a mob spawner, I mean if youre in creative. If youre in survival use it's fav food.
