Removing payment details
How do I remove my card details for buying diamonds. I purchased a few for my son and would like to remove details to prevent him buying more.

You'd need to remove it from your App Store account and re-add them every time you want to make a purchase on iTunes or the App Store. Tedious. Very tedious, depending on who's Apple ID it is.
Can you just prevent your son from having access to your password if it's your Apple ID? If it's his Apple ID and your credit card, you can follow these steps to remove your card details:
1. Tap the App Store icon on your home screen
2. On the "Featured" page, scroll all the way to the bottom
3. Tap on your Apple ID or email address
4. Tap "view Apple ID" and enter your password
5. Tap "Payment Method"
6. Tap "None"
