What does the green arrow pointing up, and the red arrow pointing down on the boat leader board mean?

It represents the number of spots you have moved up or down in either your clan or the leaderboards. By spots I mean your place in the clan/leaderboards according to your trophy count. So say you were number 22 in you clan and you moved up to 19 then you would have a green arrow that had a number 3 next to it. I hope this helps.
