The foxes get blocked by fences and/or hedges. Open a hole in the fence/hedge (temporarily) until the fox wanders off. Then close the hole in the fence/hedge so they can't get back in.

That's not true. They will go straight through a fence. At the front left of my farm I've got hedges then more boxed on the outside then rows of raspberry but they walk right through. I had a stone fence before but got rid of it as its ugly and wasn't stopping the foxes. Hay day need to provide a way to rid the stupid foxes. One or 2 ok but I've seen farms with dozens. So annoying!!Guest answered:
It is possible to catch foxes. Although, the odd time they will excape . My farm is called "yay for hay" I had 4 foxes for a few days now and it wasnt untill this morning when one excaped theough the fencing. I traped them with the white fencing and added a raspberry bush. If you do not have a raspberry bush in their pen, they will disapear so make sure you have a berry bush. Also, like the frogs, they MUST have a large enough pen other wise they will just walk through the fencing. Good luck!
Also, for getting rid of them,
A) they like berrie bushes and will come if you have one
B) they do not like dogs (apparently)
C) they come when there is treasure on your property... ( apparently)

You need to try to remove any plants from your farm. Foxes are especially attached to raspberry bushes.
Unfortunately, there is no actual solution to how you can remove foxes.
It is not worth it as you will not be able to attain special fruits and berries such as apples and blackberries. The solution is terrible.
In my opinion, you should just keep things the way they are and let the foxes "invade" your farm
