How do I remove an item in the queue, ie if I have put the wrong cake in the oven queue can it be removed

There's no option in the game to do this (yet). Hopefully it will be added in a future update.

You can't take it out of the queue,but you can cancel the production for one gem

They won't do it,they will want you to buy and use gems to clear the que faster....by putting in this option they lose money
