How can I upgrade my bakery ,loom ,pie oven , dairy ,popcorn pot , etc
I did it once (trying to do something else ) and my products give more money ! X

You need to work them. If you click on, say the bakery, you'll see the stars with a letter I next to them. Click the I and it'll tell you how many work hours you have done in the bakery and how many you need to do till the next upgrade.
