How do I use the items which I have stored? I bought one too many gates & now I want to use the gates which I stored?

Click on the register button like you are going to buy decorations - they are stored in there. It won't charge you again.

when you go into decor, it has the gates and it will say something like "10 gates" and if you click it(tap it), you will get them with out paying!
