No, it is only available in the Minerva's Den DLC. It would be nice to have in the regular game though. You do get the Proud Parent tonic after rescuing 3 Little Sisters which basically does the same thing.

You can use the crossbow but you need it to be fully upgraded if you want it to kill the rosie in just a few hits and if you do use the flamming darts.You can also use insect swarm with a combonation of hacked turrets and tommy gun.Also you can use telecenises to pick up objects and throw it at him,I hear it does alot of damage when you use a corpse.

Do you mean fort frolic? And if you do then you need to put the concation in the machine before being able to open the door to the next bathasphere.You remeber the room you were in to get the recording of how to creat the latheras specter right?;but if that isnt it try to check the radio messages sent to you maybe you forgot something,or maybe the game glitched so you have to restart from the last save.

Not all of the chlorophyll is in the splycers. I found most of my samples sitting on desks in little glass chemical bottles which glow to make them stand out. Try looking round in random rooms eg office type places

Ok, If you are playing on easy, I recommend just heavy fire from your shotgun. If playing on a harder difficulty, you may have to be a bit tactical. A great way to kill Big Daddys are to use armor piercing rounds. If you are a bit later in the game, try rigging a trap using proximity mines or using crossbow bolts, including trip wire bolts, those combined can make a deadly concoction into eliminating you Big Daddy problem.
