Controls

Unlike most touch-screen games, hungry shark evolution actually gives you a choice of how to play. You can choose to either tilt your device, which we do recommend as the more fun, immersive method if your device is not too unwieldy while using it, or by using the touchscreen - not a bad idea if you have a tablet or a phone with a screen-size large enough to support it, though it can be unwieldy to use the on screen joystick that the game provides.

With the tilt controls, tip your device forwards and backwards to go up and down, and left and right to go....left and right. It's surprisingly responsive compared to many other games. Every time you start you need to calibrate the tilt controls. You need to tap calibrate once you have your device in a comfortable position, then hold it still while the calibration takes place. If you need to move around and adjust this later, you can do so via the pause menu.
