y when I get on a bike in gta 4 the bike leans to the left and turns

In pressing L3 you need to press both L1 and L2
when i play gta 4 on ps3 i cant use the horn in cars. the say press L3 but there isnt any L3 on the controller. some missions require the horn. please help!!!
