Like most Facebook games, there are no official cheats for ChefVille. The game features a robust 'premium' currency system which, if Zynga allowed you to cheat to get as much Cash as you like, would become devalued. As a result, the only way to get Cash for free, which effectively enables you to 'cheat' (speeding up wait times, unlocking items ahead of time etc.), is to use the 'Earn Cash' link at the top of the screen. This gives you offers to participate in and surveys to fill out and will reward you with Cash.
If you see people claiming to have hacked ChefVille, offering to do the same for you in return for your username and password, or linking to a program to download, bear in mind that these can lead to your Facebook account being banned, losing all progress in your ChefVille game, or your computer becoming compromised.
