 I can't find him there. I remember very early in the game he came up to me but I didn't have any money. Now I am Queen, have enough money, but I can't find him. Any suggestions?

 I can't find griffith. I must've already done the quest because its not an available quest right now.

 I did the quest and fast traveled to another city but when i came back the bridge was not where Griffith was. i didnt see it when i finnished the quest ither. plz help me
