How to Heal Characters

At some point during gameplay in Garena Free Fire your character will sustain damage, this can be from another players attack, fall damage, or as a result of poisonous gas that has been sprayed in your area. Medkits

The only item in Garena Free Fire that can restore your health points is a Medkit. You should not have too much difficulty finding Medkits in the battleground as they are a common item that is easy to spot due to their large size and green colour. Once you have found a Medkit you can activate it by clicking the icon that is located at the left of the screen. You will now have to wait 3 seconds for you hero to take the medicine which will then replenish 75 health points in the next 5 seconds. If your hero's health bar is still not fully replenished you will need to activate another Medkit.

Mushrooms

Aside from the Medkits the only other way you can restore health points to your character in Garena Free Fire is to consume the mushrooms that grow on the map. Consumption of mushrooms will automatically provide your hero with EP points. 1 EP point restores one health point to your character approximately every second. EPs are used until your hero is fully recovered. You cannot use EP's in any other way. There are 4 types of mushrooms, all of which are different colours and they each differ in the number of EP points they grant - 50, 75, 100 and 200 respectively.
