Hi, new player. I'm stuck on roosters island, were do I get the grappling hook, get off the island

To get the grappeling hook you must get to the top of rosters island and talk to melady after beat the boss and then learn the wind song out the back of rosters island and change the wing to south.

You'll get the Grappling Hook in the Dragon Roost Cavern.

To get the grappling hook, get to the top of Dragon Canyons dungeon and beat the 2 bokoblins and the moblin to free Medli. Talk to her to get the grappling hook.
And to get off the island, beat Gohma and then learn the song on the shrine round the back of Dragon Roost Island. Use it to redirect the wind to the south and then sail freely!

You will get it from the bird girl before you enter a huge cave to beat the first boss.

You need to get to the very top and rescue Medli from the cage, then she'll give it to you and teach you how to use it.
