Question for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker
O.K. Here is my scenario... I'm a 40 year old guy whose 10 year old daughter has gotten me hooked on this game. She plays it and I stand behind her barking out hints. "DRINK THE SOUP !", "USE YOUR HOOKSHOT !", "FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DON'T RUN...ATTACK !".
Anyway, you folks have always been an excellent source of relief when we're stuck on a level. We are now at the end of the game where Link and Zelda are fighting Ganondorf. We are stuck. Nothing that we try is working and my daughter is losing faith in her old mans gaming abilities. Can anyone give us a hint at how to beat this guy because he's kicking both our butts.

Zelda will shoot light arrows at ganon.when he is stuned,slash at him. When he hits zelda,parry attack.when zelda gets up she will miss. Then she will shoot them at you.reflect it at ganon and it will hit him. On the final blow, parry to defeat him.

Zelda will shoot Ganondorf with light arrows. When he gets hit, slash him with your master sword. When he hits Zelda parry attack. When she gets back up Ganon will dodge the arrows. Zelda will say something, then shoot you with the light arrows. Hold up your mirror shield to reflect it toward Ganon. For the final attack, parry.

There are three parts to the final battle with Ganondorf. In the first part, you will have to use the parry attack to stun him so you can use some regular attacks on him, or wait for Zelda to hit him with a light arrow which will also stun him for a little while. During the second part, Zelda will not be able use her light arrows, so you will need to use the parry attack to stun and then attack Ganondorf as in the first phase. In the third part, all you need to do is hold up your shield until Zelda fires a light arrow at it to reflect it at Ganondorf, then run up to him and press the A button, not the B button, for the final attack of the game.

If you fighting ganondorf at his first stage then you should use your boomerang and hit all of the strings supporting him then when he falls down hit the blue ball thats on the back of him with the light arrows.He will then transform into other forms but just keep on hitting the blue ball.
