Ok the guy in the hood said that the lock to his safe is being picked by someone. I know who the person is but I don't know how to prove it? PLEASE HELP!

Ok you go to windfall at night you look around and you will see a girl. Follow her and try not to let her see you. If she does see you play the song of passing twice. She will be where she was the first time. Any way try to hide behind stuff while she looks around. Keep doing this after a while she will end up at the weird guys store. When she gets the note above her head and walk in and spook her. She will ask questions select the first one every question. At the end she will give you an empty bottle

if she sees you, you can just go inside a buildin, go out, and try agen. wat I did was I waited behind the windmill until she was workin on it.
