The Eely-Mouth's Dentist Episode right?
Make your way up to the top of the waterfall, like you did in Episode 1 to Uncork the Waterfall and jump off of the cliff/edge. You'll be transported to an under water level where you'll have to spray the Eel's teeth at the bottom.
