Question for Super Mario Sunshine

Okay I have a few questions...sorry if they have already been asked...

1.) Okay i'm so totally stuck...and it's driving me insane! One I haven't gone around and gotten all the dumb yellow coins but I have 65 shinesprites and I'm not sure how many blue coins total but I can't get back to the airstrip and I don't get it!

2.) Also, I was reading in here people are talking about sierra(excuse the speeling) beach or something like that....why don't I have that and how do I find it?!

Please help me!

1.) To get back to the Airstrip you have to beat the game. Blue Coins=5

2.)You have to use Yoshi to eat the giant pineapple on-top of the house behind the fountain

1) Firstly go and beat Story Seven on all of the levels. You don't need to get all of the coins. Secondly once you come back to Delfino PLaza after beating the last Story Seven it is all flooded. Go up to the cave to enter the final level, Corona Mountain. Beat Bowser and Son at the end of it and once you have seen the ending go back to the game. You should now be able to get to the Airstrip now.
2) You know the pipe with a pineapple over it? Well the entrance is there. Use Yoshi to eat the pineapple and you can enter Sirena Beach.
