Just use the Rocket Nozzle to blast your way up onto the top of the Shine Gate by Corona Mountain!

You need the rocket launcher for this which means you must have at least 35 shines.

When you are near the entrance to Corona Mountain blast up the side of the shine gate and jump in the pipe to enter Pianta Village.
