When you complete the 4th level of Pinna Park, Shadow Mario will appear with a Yoshi Egg. When you spray him down, you will have to get Yoshi a certain type of fruit and Yoshi will come out of the egg. Jump on him to ride him. You know that pineapple on the red pipe above the boxes that give you different nozzles? Well, go there and use Yoshi to eat the pineapple and you will be able to access Siearna Beach.

Once you beat Episode Four in Pinna Park - The Wilted Sunflowers, Shadow Mario will be in Delfino Plaza with a Yoshi Egg, chase and spray him down to unlock Yoshi!
