She keeps appearing everywhere!! I always see her flying around in story mode.I thought she was Tails but I was wrong. So what's the deal?
Why is she every where? Can you unlock her?
If you can please tell me how.

She just appears every once in a while, don't worry.

It's Cream, not cheese, by the way.
She's not an unlockable character in Sonic Advance DX. It's just an easter egg. You get to see her at a particular point in each character's story.
For your information, Cheese is Cream's chao.
