Question for Sonic Adventure DX Director's Cut

In Sonic Adventure 2 on Gamecube there was a cheat to give yourself more rings, eg. get a high priced item and take it to the black market and sell it.

Then at a certain bit when he says "thank you" you hit the reset button and the item is still there but you also have the rings that you sold it for, I tried this on SADXDC but it never worked, anyone know something I don't?

You Hit it TOO LATE!!!!! You have to hit Reset when you hear a "cha-ching" =)

There is no "cha-ching" in Sonic Adventure DX.
