The only way that I know of is to obtain the best weapons and upgrades while finishing the entire game then once you beat the game sell off all your weapons and armour that you don't need and you should accumulate more than enough money.

Ok the best way to get 1 million is to either use the action replay or just kill alot of guys and then sell the things you don't need and thats it.

Beat the game get the striker make it full capacity and every thing then go to the house where you get the shotgun a cutscene should show where there are a lot of villagers kill them all then save the game then play assighment ada
