Get out he shotgun and wait till he gets close enough to fall on the floor with a blast but not to close because he kills you in one shoot him on the floor.
Get a grenade out throw it at him on the flooor go to other side of room repeat as for form 2 climb up the ladder hide behind the boxes and blast him or do the same on the floor but watch out.

If you want to kill him fast, buy two rocket launchers from the merchant. When you start aim for the chief's midsection and he'll split in two. Next hit him when he's hanging from the support in front of you. Then he's dead.

All these guys answering your question here are noobs at this game. You want a real challenge for this right? Well if not then don't read this. Ok, first off make sure you have the best shotgun you can get from the merchant and the best rifle, by the best rifle I mean if you don't have the sniper then just get the rifle, and have a handgun. Start off with running back to the ladder then quickly turn around, hit down and B at the same time, and wait till he is in the coming through that door way looking thing then quickly shoot the red barrel so it explodes and his top half falls back and it looks like is trying to touch his heels. Turn around and quickly climb up the ladder then run to either side and wait till you hear the stretchy sound then quickly run to the other side so he doesnt hit you and pull out your handgun. Now aim down and shove as many shells into his spine as you can with your handgun, after his spine shatters and only his top half is left, whip out your shotgun and if your not already on the floor jump down, aim the shotgun directly into his face and blast him, if he doesnt go flying back right away then blast him again. After he flies back onto the ground quickly change to your sniper or just normal rifle and shoot him until he hops back onto the beams then repeat from the first shotgun step.
