You get the D-Disk and can access the Deep Colosseum. You can give the old man his teeth back in the Under and get the L-Disk and the Amulet coin, you can snag Shuckle, and then Togetic if you have all 47 other Shadow Pokemon.

Get the D-Disk from Gonzap and go to the Deep Colosseum and battle Mirror B, the guy who has entei, Ein, Lady Venus, and the Deep King

Well you could beat mt battle and get ho-oh if you've gotten every shadow Pokemon and get pikachu (get a silver poke` coupon).
